Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of pos4t Services
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", or "you") and pos4t (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pos4t online gaming platform located at https://pos4t.cam (the "Website", "Platform", or "Service"). Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are doing so at their own risk and in violation of local laws. pos4t disclaims all liability for Users who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions.
To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. pos4t is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide, upon request, a clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
pos4t accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.
Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallets are typically processed instantly, with funds appearing in your Account balance within seconds to minutes. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to banking system delays or verification requirements. pos4t is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pos4t Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. pos4t reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from third-party sources will be returned to the original account, minus applicable processing fees, and your account may be suspended.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pos4t support.
pos4t endeavors to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: Standard accounts (15 minutes to 24 hours), Gold VIP members (2-6 hours), Platinum VIP members (1-3 hours), and Diamond VIP members (15 minutes to 1 hour). Actual processing times may vary based on payment method, account verification status, and banking system availability. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take longer to process.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and account verification level. Specific limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard.
pos4t does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (banks and e-wallet services) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
In accordance with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations, pos4t reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from accounts with unusual transaction patterns. You may be required to provide additional documentation, and processing times may be extended during enhanced verification procedures.
pos4t offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Eligibility for bonuses is determined by pos4t and may be restricted based on account status, deposit history, VIP tier, or other criteria. pos4t reserves the right to exclude any User from bonus offers at its sole discretion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other Users, using automated software or bots, or employing any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. pos4t reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the bonus terms, typically 7 to 30 days. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiration.
All games offered on the pos4t platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by pos4t or any third party. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for all applicable games and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session results.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities: cheating, hacking, or exploiting software vulnerabilities; colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage; using bots, scripts, or automated software; engaging in fraudulent activity or identity theft; abusing customer support staff; or any other conduct that pos4t deems, in its sole discretion, to be unfair, abusive, or detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or other technical issue, pos4t reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All bets placed on games with malfunctioning software are void. pos4t is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
For sports betting (including football betting, also known as bandar bola in Indonesian), all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are void unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. pos4t reserves the right to void bets placed on events with obvious pricing errors or after the outcome is already known.
pos4t is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality-check reminders through their account settings. Users may also request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed until the period expires.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, minus any applicable fees, after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements fulfilled.
pos4t reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, for fraudulent purposes, or in any manner detrimental to the interests of pos4t or other Users. In such cases, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
All content on the pos4t platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of pos4t or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission.
The pos4t platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pos4t does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, pos4t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pos4t, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the platform, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
pos4t reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
